*NOTE: SC was contacted about updating the ISP, after review of the ISP there was still a location that needed corrected. Contacted on 9/21/22 to correct the ISP. Received an automatic reply that she is out of the office till 10/3/22. Contacted SC on 10/4/22 to update the ISP once again and added her supervisor to the email. No response. On 10/6/22, after an individual¿s quarterly meeting Program Specialist spoke with Gretchen on the phone and discussed the update of this individual¿s ISP. The ISP was corrected and updated on 10/6/2022 |
