The Agency representative accompanying the licensing representative disposed of the sauce after discovery. *Repeat violation at this site -- other opened condiments requiring refrigeration were found stored in kitchen cabinets at this site at previous inspection May 2025.Food shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, transported and served. The supervisor reported that a staff member took the jerk sauce for their own consumption and was supposed to remove it when leaving shift but forgot to. It is important to avoid food contamination. It is unsafe to consume contaminated food. At the time of the inspection, there was an opened jar of food that should have been refrigerated but it was kept in the cabinet instead. One of the individuals who live in the home had opened the jar and forgot to refrigerate it. It was taken out of the cabinet and thrown away. 03/20/2025 Implemented
