| Licensing officer completes all self-assessments for the agency. To ensure that all documentation is completed the Program Specialist will also review to ensure that all dates and information is completed in its entirety. Licensing compliance will use a tracking program to ensure that self-assessments are completed in the allotted time per regulations. All self-assessments where reviewed for accuracy and that the date was completed on each form.
