| 6400.101 | On 12/17/2025 at 12:27 PM, there was a turn lock on the hall-way side of the door leading to the garage, and a key-hole lock on the garage-side of the door. There was no exit from the garage to the outside of the home; therefore, the key-hole lock had the potential to create a blocked egress in the event of an emergency. | Stairways, halls, doorways, passageways and exits from rooms and from the building shall be unobstructed.
| On 12/17/2025, the maintenance team immediately switched the knob so that there is no lock on the door from inside the home to the garage.
The door now provides unobstructed egress in the event of an emergency. |
