Dental exams are happening every 6 months Individual #1's Scheduled appointment for pulmonologist on 2/2/22 indicated a follow up apt in one year. Next apt was not scheduled until 7/15/23. There was a five month gap in between appointments.Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided.MM does require extensive cleaning and scaling for her teeth.
