| The individual records were immediately locked. This occurred on 10-2-24. The Program Manager of the home was immediately retrained on 10-3-24 regarding all of the individuals records need to be kept locked when unattended. The records that were unlocked during the inspection are now kept in a locked cabinet.
The Director of Residential Services provided written education/retraining to Program Specialists on 10-11-24 regarding regulation 216(a) that specifies that an individuals records shall be kept locked when unattended.
The Director of Residential services provided verbal retraining to the entire management team on 10-9-24 in an in-person department management meeting regarding regulation 216(a). The meeting included Program Specialists, Program Managers and Program Supervisors. |
