Individual #5 expressed that the individual would prefer a lock with a key on the door. | Locking may be provided by a key, access card, keypad code or other entry mechanism accessible to the individual to permit the individual to lock and unlock the door. | Maintenance Staff replaced the Bedroom door mechanisms with the proper locking and key devices for the Individual's use. These keys have been provided to the individuals and staff. |
