They were removed and disposed of during the inspection. There was a cooked piece of chicken in a food storage container in the freezer that did not have a label of when it was stored. It was removed and disposed of during the inspection.Food shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, transported and served. The LSHS house supervisor went on 4/17/25 and repackaged the meat in a Ziplock bag and dated the bag to ensure that the remaining meat was fully wrapped and placed back in the freezer. 05/15/2025 Implemented
