Staff assistance shall be provided to an individual only if staff persons are always present at the home while the individual is at the home. On August 4, 2025, Lifetime Skills, under the guidance of its CEO, has updated the fire drill record form. They were removed and disposed of during the inspection. There was a cooked piece of chicken in a food storage container in the freezer that did not have a label of when it was stored. It was removed and disposed of during the inspection.Food shall be protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, transported and served.
