6400.76(a)There was a small golf ball size lint found in dryer lint tray. Furniture and equipment shall be nonhazardous, clean and sturdy. The lint ball was immediately removed from the dryer. Staff were counselled on the importance of checking and removing lint from the dryer after every use. The Program Supervisor checks the lint traps in every home during her weekly visits. A copy of the memo to staff, and copies of the PS' weekly checklist have been emailed as supporting documentation. 01/16/2020 Implemented
