It is their responsibility to complete quarterly reviews of each individuals home. They will utilize a 6500 checklist (see attached) to measure compliance. They will initiate maintenance request to correct any identified home deficiencies. Tara Tilghman, Property Manager will schedule and monitor correction of the deficiencies.
