Two new Quality Managers have been added to SSS staff. It is their responsibility to complete quarterly reviews of each individuals home. They will utilize a 6500 checklist (see attached) to measure compliance. They will initiate maintenance request to correct any identified home deficiencies. Tara Tilghman, Property Manager will schedule and monitor correction of the deficiencies. (Please see attached inspection tool, and Facilities Manager job description.) |
