| 2380.89(c) | A monthly fire drill was not documented as being held during April 2025 | A written fire drill record shall be kept of the date, time, the amount of time it took for evacuation, the exit route used, problems encountered and whether the fire alarm was operative. | Program Specialist, reviewed the monthly attendance record for April to see which staff were working and which individuals were in attendance the day of the fire drill. The fire drill was held on April 30th, 2025. then reviewed all service notes for the individuals that were in attendance that day. Micaela's service note stated that she needed full assistance when exiting the building. The service notes also indicated the time it took to exit the building which was 56 seconds. documented all the information on a monthly fire drill paper for our future records. |
