The drywall had been cut out to allow the basement door to open completely; however, the drywall had not been refinished and it was observed with rough edges. On 10/30/2024 at 11:10am, the flooring threshold was missing in the doorway between the staff office and the living room. Where the threshold was missing, a portion of the subfloor, measuring approximately three feet long by four inches wide, was exposed. | Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair. | The ceiling in the stairwell between the kitchen and the basement was repaired.
