1. Garbage under the rear porch steps was found to be needing cleaned on 9/24/2019. Staff were addressed of the situation from Field Manager and garbage was picked up and disposed of properly on 9/24/19
2. All other locations were in compliance with this regulation. This violation was addressed by the licencor on 9/24/19 during onsite inspection.
3. All staff will be trained on this regulation by the CEO to ensure that all homes remain in compliance with this regulation. All staff will sign off on a signature page by 12/8/19.
4. The field Manager will inspect all homes on a weekly basis to ensure compliance of this regulation and sign off that all homes was inspected for this regulation. |
