| 6400.62(c) | Poisons shall be kept in their original labeled containers. At the time of the inspection in the individual's bathroom there was 2 spray bottles located in the cabinet above the toilet. One bottle was clear and approximately half way filled with a clear liquid. The second bottle was a frosted bottle with scissors and combs detailed around the side of the bottle. That bottle was also partially filled with a clear but cloudy liquid. | Poisonous materials shall be stored in their original, labeled containers. | Immediately upon discovery, both spray bottles were removed from the bathroom cabinet. The contents were safely discarded in accordance with agency procedures. Only poisons and cleaning agents stored in their original, clearly labeled containers are now permitted in the home. |
