| Individual #1 went for consultation to the doctor on 8/5/2024 and there is a diabetic sugar protocol in place for staff to follow moving forward. See attachment#3
All food in the home for the individual was reviewed and replaced with foods with low sugar for nutritional education on better choices. See attachment #4 |
