| On August 22, 2024, 6400 Program Supervisor contacted Individual #1 PCP who prescribed and faxed a copy of the prescription for bedrails with the written diagnosis of 80.9. A copy of the script was sent to Individual #1 Support Coordinator to update in the Individual Support Plan usage of bedrails.
