Staff interviews revealed that Individual #1 is not permitted to have personal property in the bedroom due to behavioral issues. Individual #1 does not have a Restrictive Procedure Plan. | An individual has the right to privacy of person and possessions. | A non-toxic, non-wood dresser was ordered on 2/10/2025 by Program Assistant. Dresser was delivered on 2/12/2025 and placed in Individual #1's bedroom immediately. On 2/12/2025, Program Director completed licensing overview including all non-compliances for all sites with Site Supervisors. Program Director stressed the importance of individual rights and how all individuals have the right to privacy of person and possessions and how all staff must follow this agency policy. |
