The agency provided a video after the inspection showing the drawer had been repaired. -The dishwasher's interior had accumulated wood shavings along its bottom from the underside of the cabinet above it, which is crumbling. -Three of the four windows in Individual #1's room had blinds that had broken or missing slats. The individual's bedroom dresser was missing a handle on its upper left drawer. The top cabinet in the individual's bathroom was broken and splintered, its left side hanging loose with additional damage and splintering toward its upper left corner. After the inspection, the agency provided a photo showing it had been partially repaired, with the previously loose portion secured.Floors, walls, ceilings and other surfaces shall be in good repair.
