| 2390.22(d) | The governing body did not meet during the first quarter of 2018. The governing body met on 12/11/17 and did not meet again until 5/14/18. | The governing body shall meet at least quarterly. | Allied Health Care Services schedules quarterly Board Meetings (4 each year). All meetings are scheduled prior to the start of the calendar year with exact dates/times and physical locations to ensure high turnout by Board Members. Provisions are available for Board Members to call in to a conference phone number so they can participate in the meeting without being physically present. Board Members receive notification prior to the Board Meeting reminding them of the date/time along with the agenda, prior Board Meeting minutes and any items requiring Board Approval.
In the event that a scheduled Board Meeting is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other reasons, William Conaboy (Allied Services President) will schedule a conference call with Board Members to review and approve board meeting minutes, financial statements and any other issues/topics. |
