Disinfectant wipes were present on the kitchen and bathroom sinks. | Poisonous materials shall be kept locked or made inaccessible to individuals. | PPHS corrected the noncompliance by immediately removing the disinfectant wipes present on the kitchen and bathroom sinks at the time of inspection. The disinfectant wipes were removed by the DSP and put in a lock box. PPHS administrative staff who was present at the time of inspection, instructed the DSP to always remember to lock all cleaning supplies after using them. |

6400.112(c) | The individual moved into this location on 11/26/24 and participated in 4 drills between November/December of 2024, unfortunately the individual did not evacuate the home at the time of the drills. | A written fire drill record shall be kept of the date, time, the amount of time it took for evacuation, the exit route used, problems encountered and whether the fire alarm or smoke detector was operative. | PPHS corrected the noncompliance by requesting a meeting with the Middletown Township Fire Department Director of Public Safety, Fire Chief-EMC. At the Meeting, PPHS requested an assessment of the individuals involved. The assessment was completed and PPHS was granted an extended evacuation time of up to five (5) minutes to allow for the proper support needed to safely evacuate the unit occupant. |
