All other resident charts were reviewed to assure compliance with regulation pertaining to information included in the individuals' records and were found to be in compliance. Future occurrences will be avoided by ensuring that individual information is hand-entered upon admission rather than electronically transferred within the system, as the cause of this oversight was found to be that this individual was transferred from a sister facility within the company. Upon admission to the sister facility, the information pertaining to religious preference was left blank and was subsequently not noticed during the transition process as a result of electronic transfer within the company-wide documentation software. Email of updated Face Sheet will be submitted in conjunction with POC to demonstrate correction and status of compliance. |
