| 6400.80(b) | During the inspection of the home on 9/16/25 there was a 10"x10" hole in the soffit above the front door where a previous light had been removed. | The outside of the building and the yard or grounds shall be well maintained, in good repair and free from unsafe conditions. | The administrator will oversee the Maintenance Staff to repair the 10"x 10" soffit hole above the front door.
A full inspection of other structural areas will be conducted by the administrator, and any hazards will be corrected. |
