| The portable space heater was removed immediately from the home and taken to the agency main office until the owner has been identified to make arrangements to pick it up. The site was examined to assure no additional portable heaters were on the premises. Staff was trained on regulation 6400.107. Reminders were sent to the staff. Management will check the site weekly doing checks to ensure no heaters are on premises. |
