| 6400.80(a) | At the time of inspection, this home's outside walkways were in a hazardous condition. There were small patches of ice on each step lead to the home's front entryway; these patches appeared to conform to the area of each step that would not receive direct sunlight due to shadows. In addition, the approximately-6-foot pathway leading from the home's rear driveway to the stairs on the side of the home was completely covered by snow and ice. These rear stairs had patches of ice on them consistent with the patches of ice on the stairs in front of the home. In addition, approximately 1/8 of the stairs' width was un-shoveled from the bottom stair to the top stair. | Outside walkways shall be free from ice, snow, obstructions and other hazards. | All sidewalks and paths were cleared and have been salted. |
