The identified wall damages were immediately assessed by the Compliance Manager and Maintenance.
The hole in the utility closet was professionally repaired, including patching, sanding, and repainting to restore the walls to safe and acceptable condition. A new wall protector plate was placed behind the door where the handle hits the wall when the door is pushed open with too much force. Both repairs were made the same day of inspection.
The areas were inspected post-repair to ensure there were no remaining hazards (e.g., sharp edges, exposed materials). |
