The home has been vacant for approximately six months. Due to inactivity and no regular human presence, occasional bugs entered through structural openings typical in unoccupied homes.
Immediate Corrective Action Taken:
The live bug and dead bug were removed immediately during inspection.
A full cleaning of the bathroom and surrounding areas was completed the same day. |
