The walkway on the left side of the home (viewed from the front of the home) that leads from the front to the backyard, was constructed of flagstone or slate "pavers" that were irregularly placed, with gaps of different sizes and areas that were raised slightly, posing a risk for tripping. | Outside walkways shall be free from ice, snow, obstructions and other hazards. | Irregular stone walkway will be removed and standardized walking stones, surrounded by pebbles will be put in place. This will ensure and even surface that will remain free of hazards. Staff will support clients through walkway, if utilized, until walkway is replaced. |
