PPHS Maintenance staff removed the old lock and installed a new keyed lock. This was completed on 3/5/2026. The individual was given a copy of the key. PPHS program specialist communicated with the new supports coordinator to speak with individual regarding the lock and then update the ISP according to the individual's wishes. PPHS will adhere to the regulations and maintain the appropriate lock until his ISP is updated to reflect the individual's wishes. 03/05/2026 Implemented

The inhaler is required to be in a locked area as a result when not in use or in a state of physical activity.Prescription medications and syringes, with the exception of epinephrine and epinephrine auto-injectors, shall be kept in an area or container that is locked.The COO instructed Direct Support Staff to immediately retrieve the inhaler from the individual's bedroom and place it into the medication locked box.
