6400.67(a)- The microwave handle pulled off, and the top section of the microwave fell down when opened as well. - Broken Baseboard Heater in the lower-level bathroom. It was both slanted and not fully adhered to the wall and had substantial rust on it. - The back door of the home did not have a handle. The requirement for homes with three or more stories does not apply to homes licensed in accordance with this chapter prior to November 8, 1991.
