Individual #1 does not have a cellular phone and there is no restrictive procedure in place to remove access to the house phone. | An individual has the right to unrestricted and private access to telecommunications. | Individual supported has a current RPP that states the individual should only have access to soft or plush items due to the individual throwing hard items at others and breaking them. This individual will throw anything that she has within arm's reach. The RPP was revised to specifically state that the phone was included and to be kept in the staff office for safety. The phone is brought out at the individual's request and staff utilize hand over hand support to assist the individual. |
