Director of Residence confirmed with the doctor that Individual 1 is taking a psychotropic medication. Director of Residence met with prescribing doctor to ensure that form is filled out correctly for future appointments. The Director of Residence called the prescribing doctor on September 20th, 2023 and had an in person appointment to complete the form on October 14th, 2023. |
