| 6400.111(f) | The tags on the fire extinguishers located in the garage and in the basement, both indicated that they were last inspected in January 2023 and are overdue to be inspected and approved annually by a fire safety expert. | A fire extinguisher shall be inspected and approved annually by a fire safety expert. The date of the inspection shall be on the extinguisher. | Both of the extinguishers with the inspection date of January 2023, were also tagged 2024 and had in fact been inspected within the appropriate time frame based on records reviewed by John S. Posen Inc. Representative from John S. Posen Inc. corrected the incorrect date on both the fire extinguishers on 7/22/24 (attachments 5,6,7,and 8). The date of the inspection is now on the extinguishers, in addition to the 2024 tag. |
