Our emergency evacuation plan clearly states that each house has a vehicle present at the house at all time for daily activity. Our inspector advised that the agencies emergency evacuation plan must indicate the vehicle to be use as a means of transportation to the emergency shelter location.
Dignity and Respect director quickly made the correction, by updating and revising its emergency evacuation procedure. The correction that was made by the director states that the agency vehicle will be used to transport individuals to the emergency shelter location.

After Individual's #3 discharge from the hospital, Dignity & respect rescheduled another physical examination with his PCP.
Dignity and Respect understands that individuals physical examination is the pillar of diagnostic evaluation.
Dignity and Respect's director will make that all new admission into the agency has his or her physical examination before admission in order to protect our other individuals from transmissible diseases.
