July 2026 MAR was initialed every day of the month as if all 8:00 am and 8:00 pm medications had been administered. · Banophen 25 mg (1 tablet at hs once daily for insomnia) at 8pm · Mirtazapine 15mg (1 tablet daily for depression) at 8pm · Diphenhydramine 50mg (1tablet as needed by mouth)Health services, such as medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, dietary and psychological services that are planned or prescribed for the individual shall be arranged for or provided. The AOA medication trainer will retrain staff on checking medications against the MARS when they receive them at the home, ensuring the medications are listed on the MARS and that the labels match both the medication and the MARS.
