During the meeting, staff were provided with comprehensive training on administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation. All medication-trained staff members underwent retraining on the medication administration modules. Subsequently, staff members were observed administering and accurately documenting medications. Additionally, the nurse at ACLG received training on reviewing the MARS weekly and counting medications to ensure accuracy. All staff complete review of medication administration on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. |
