At the time, an individual resided in the home. | An unannounced fire drill shall be held at least once a month. | To prevent a fire drill not being conducted each month, particularly during the transition of a new individual, the agency has implemented an additional detail in the agency's Client Onboarding Checklist (Attachment 7) that includes the need for the initial drill to be conducted on the date of move-in. The adherence to the completion of this task is the duty of the Managing Director, who must ensure completion. To prevent a future lapse in this duty, the agency's Master Roles Checklist (Attachment 2) has been updated to reflect these tasks. This checklist is reviewed on a monthly basis by all administrative staff to ensure compliance.
The documents were updated and the Managing Director was trained on the modifications to these task on 8/10/26.
The only other agency home, 2412 N. Cleveland Street, was in compliance for this measure. |
