In compliance with 55 PA code Chapter 6400.111(a), Quality Angels has updated its fire safety policy to include that all fire extinguishers located in any of Quality Angels Homes must have a rating of 2-A minimum. Quality Angels will ensure that all staff are trained based on this policy update. Quality Angels director Michaeline James is responsible to replace all fire extinguishers to a fire extinguisher rating of 2-A minimum. As of August 12, 2020, Ms. Michaeline James replaced all fire extinguishers (located on the first floor, Second Floor and basement) in the home to a 2-A rating fire extinguisher. To prevent this violation in the future, Quality Angels director Michaeline James will inspect all purchase fire extinguishers to verify they are in compliance with the code before it is installed in any homes. 08/12/2020 Implemented
