| 6400.73(a) | The back exit had 3 steps and no railing. | Each ramp, and interior stairway and outside steps exceeding two steps shall have a well-secured handrail. | Due to the construction of the back steps it couldn't be determine if the steps counted as two or three which would required a handrail to be installed on to property. It was confirmed at the time of inspection that there were three steps.
On 10/24/24, Hallway Homecare's contacted the maintenance department to install a handrail to the back exit steps. On 10/27/24, a new handrail was installed. |
