6400.66On 3/23/22 at 11:25 am, the light at the doorway leading to the outside of the home from game room was found inoperable.Rooms, hallways, interior stairways, outside steps, outside doorways, porches, ramps and fire escapes shall be lighted to assure safety and to avoid accidents. A local contractor evaluated and fixed the back flood-flood lights on 3-30-22. One bulb was replaced on the single light and one bulb was replaced on the double light.
