The Maintenance Manager purchased a replacement mixing valve on 12/16/2014 and installed it on 12/17/14. The water temperature will be taken daily by an assigned staff member in Rockwood and all group homes licensed by 6400 regulations. The staff member at Rockwood and all group homes will notify the EHCA maintenace worker and the Program Specialist if the water temperature exceeds the required temperature of 120 degrees. Maintenance will address the issue and ensure the water temperature is under 120 degrees. The Program Specialist will review the water temperature log each shift he/she works to ensure that is being completed accurately and thoroughly and that any issues with the water temperature are corrected. |
